  • Parent & Tot Yoga (Vernon) 9:30 - 10:10am

  • Location: Coldstream Park 10100 Kalamalka Rd , Coldstream

  • On the grassy area to the right of the washrooms

  • Weekly drop-in classes May 7th -June 25th 2024 (weather permitting)

  • $10 for parent with 1 child/$15 for Parent with 2 children paid by cash or e-transfer

  • *Classes are ideal for preschool age kids (approx 2.5 - 5 years old)

  • Please bring 1 adult yoga mat, smaller kids mats will be provided

Mom & Mobile Baby/Toddler Yoga (Vernon) 12:30 - 1:30pm

    • Moms with mobile babies and toddlers, this class is for you!

      Tuesdays 11:45am - 11:45am

      weekly drop-in classes in Coldstream park beginning May 7th

      $15 per class cash or e-transfer

      Location: Coldstream Park, 10100 Kalamalka Rd, Coldstream

      This yoga class is for parents with older babies and toddlers who are on the move (for classes with younger babies who aren't yet crawling please see Mom & Baby yoga).

      Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket. you are also welcome to bring anything for your little one to play with, eat etc to keep them occupied !
