Parent & Tot Yoga

Parent & Tot yoga is for kids age 2 to 5 and parent/caregiver! This can be a parent, grandparent, nanny, babysitter, or any other adult caregiver! Adult participation is required.

These classes are designed by Kidding Around Yoga and use fun songs, stories, and mindful activities to teach kids basic yoga poses, as well as mindfulness and meditation techniques! Each class is 40 minutes long.

 Pre-K Yoga

Pre-K yoga is for kids age 3 to 5 who are not yet in Kindergarten. This is a non-parent participation class; parents are encouraged to drop off their child and return at the end of class.

Kids Yoga

Kids yoga is for school-aged children aged 5 - 7. This is a non-parent participation class; parents are encouraged to drop off their child and return at the end of class.

These classes are designed to help children develop a deeper sense of body awareness as well as focus and mental clarity. Focus will be on developing flexibility, balance, coordination and mindfulness.
