Mom & Baby Yoga


Mom & Baby Yoga is great for those recovering from pregnancy and childbirth. By joining Mom & Baby yoga, you are caring for your own physical and mental health without leaving your little one behind. Classes are specifically designed for the postpartum body. With a mix of Vinyasa flow and longer stretches, you will leave class feeling strong, stretched, and energized. All while bonding with your baby and other mamas in your community!

Mom & Baby Yoga is suitable for all moms and babies from 6-weeks-old (8 weeks post C-section) up to when babies start to crawl. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Each class consists of 45-50 minutes of yoga followed by 10-15 minutes of tea and connecting with other moms.
