Prenatal Yoga

Take time to connect with your body and baby in a grounding and strengthening 60-minute prenatal yoga class. You will work towards preparing your body and mind for birth while connecting with other soon-to-be mamas in your community.

These classes are designed for all trimesters and ability levels, although those in the first trimester without any previous yoga experience or a history of miscarriages are encouraged to wait until 12 weeks to begin Prenatal yoga.
