Yin Yoga: Yin yoga is a slower paced style of yoga, targeting your deep connective tissues. Slower and more meditative, giving you time to go inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Poses are held for 5 - 8 minutes which helps stretch and lengthen your deep tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and clear your mind of distracting thoughts. Yin yoga also helps with flexibility, circulation and reduces stress levels.

Flow & Stretch: 30 – 40 minutes of Vinyasa flow (linking movement with breath) followed by 20 – 30 minutes of stretching out those tight muscles.
